All day, every day

AI staff that do the real work, all day, every day.

The calls, the billing, the emails and the follow-ups that fill a workday. Your AI staff handle them inside your rules, and the decisions still come to you.

If your business does it, we can help.

Your AI staff never move money. Bills are lined up for you to pay, and every action is logged.

No keyboard

Talk to your office.

Tap Talk and say what you need, the way you’d tell a person. The right staff member answers out loud and takes it. If something is missing, your office asks you for it.

Voice works in Chrome, Edge and Safari. In other browsers, you type instead.

The office

The visual is the new UI.

We run the office behind the scenes for you to see!

You don’t need to care about the tools. You care about the output. Your office is drawn as an office, and every AI staff member sits at a desk with one job, a job description and a shift. Walk the floor, see who is working on what, and make only the calls that need you. Leave the rest to us.

Departments of named staff

Front desk, intake, scheduling, paperwork, billing, marketing and more. Each staff member has a name, duties, a goal and a clear line on when it comes to you.

The decision inbox

A morning queue of approvals, reviews and decisions, most important first. Approve, send back with a note, or decline. Everything else is already handled.

The visual floor

Your office drawn as an office. See every desk, every department and what each staff member is doing right now, like walking through your own business.

Your rules

You decide what runs on its own, what waits for you and what never happens. Money, new customers, contracts and deadlines come up to you.

The activity log

Everything every staff member does is logged: what it did, when, and under which rule. Supervision you can show, not just say.

The governance desk

Runs on your company’s own documents. When shareholders or members need a vote, the notice goes out, the votes are tallied and the minutes are drafted for signature.

How decisions flow

Your staff does the work. Only the calls that need you reach you.

You choose how hands-on to be: approve everything, approve the big stuff, or see only exceptions. The rules change; the guardrails never do.

Runs on its own

  • Lead replies and scheduling from your approved scripts
  • Status updates and reminders from your templates
  • Research, checklists, paperwork chasing and calendars

Comes to you

  • Taking on a new customer or client
  • Every contract, proposal and document that goes out
  • Every deadline the office works out, for you to check
  • Money over your cap, and anything public

Never happens

  • Legal, tax, financial, insurance or medical advice
  • Signing, filing or submitting anything
  • Moving money or touching client funds
  • Casting a vote or waiving a notice
Your AI staff tell every customer and lead they’re AI. Every action is logged.

Leave the tools to us.

Your office works inside the software you already have. When something is missing, the Factory picks three options at three price levels: lowest cost, best value and top of the line. The guardrails

Built by a practicing attorney.

Never: professional advice given in your name, a share of your revenue, a vote cast, a notice waived, or a dollar spent above the cap without the owner. Every deadline the office works out is checked by you. Every action is logged.

Supervision built in

Law firms, advisors, accountants and medical practices all have duties to protect confidential information and supervise their staff. The office is built around those duties: decisions flow up to you, and the log shows who did what. Medical practices get a HIPAA business associate agreement before any real patient information is used.

A separate company

Office Factory is a technology company, not a law firm. It does not practice law or give professional advice, and its fees are flat, never a share of your fees or revenue.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first.

Does it work for my kind of business?

Yes. Pick from law, financial advice and insurance, accounting and tax, medical and dental, real estate, home services, hospitality and clubs, recruiting and staffing, or nonprofits, schools and PTOs. Each one asks the questions that matter for that business. If yours isn’t listed, the custom office builds around what you tell it.

Does it work for my size?

Yes. The platform is the same for one person or a large company; the number of departments and staff changes.

Do I have to buy software from you?

No. Office Factory doesn’t sell software. When your office needs a tool you don’t have, it shows three options with published prices and a link to each company’s sign-up page. You sign up and pay that company directly, and your office connects to it.

Will my AI staff give advice to my customers?

No. Legal, tax, financial, insurance and medical advice, plus contracts and signatures, always come to you. Your AI staff say they’re AI and work from the scripts and templates you approve.

Who supervises the AI staff?

You do. Your rules decide what runs on its own and what waits for you, every action is logged, and nothing on the never list can happen without you.

Is Office Factory a law firm?

No. Office Factory is a technology company. It builds and runs AI-staffed offices and does not practice law or give legal advice. Using Office Factory does not make you a client of Jason Scott Sherman or Sherman Law Solutions, PLLC, and attorney-client protections do not apply.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your records stay in your own systems. The office works inside them and logs everything it does.

Do I keep my own way of doing things?

Yes. The office runs on your SOPs, scripts and templates, and nothing new goes out until you approve it.

How long does it take to go live?

Most offices go live within 10 business days of the first call. Larger builds can take longer.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes. The 5-day demo builds a Lite version of your office from your own answers and gives you a new morning queue each day. It runs on sample data, so please don’t enter real names or confidential information.
